Meet the Balloonmeister of the Balloon Festival at the Warren County Farmers' Fair, NJ

launchOK, this is Fred the balloonmeister, and he is a paraglider. You can thank him for starting the Balloon Festival at the Warren County Farmers' Fair. Fortunatley he began the festival before taking up paragliding, which is now his passion. Even thought the festival cuts into much of his paragliding time, he keeps the festival going because the local pilots LOVE this Balloon festival. So be sure to thank Fred when you see him at the Fair!
