The Hot Air Balloon Festival in Warren County, New Jersey is held at the Warren County Farmers' Fair. There is one low admission price that allows you to attend both events. For a schedule of fair events visit www.warrencountyfarmersfair.org. For inquiries about the fair call (908) 859-6563.
